Co. for www.bettybiceps.net is as follows: All "Members Only" memberships have a No Refund Policy.........All DVD's have a No Refund Policy, but will be replaced or exchanged if it does not work right or was received broken or damaged. All exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date your order was shipped. To get an exchange you must return the original DVD to us at : K.A.J. Co. 1881 N. Suncrest Ct. Nixa, MO 65714 at your expense, and we will ship you the new exchanged DVD back to you at our expense.
